There is a, “great man”, problem. It is men and women working together that makes things happen. That takes overseers and coordination. But the devil would make one man or woman the great man or woman. He will if he can centralize control and then control the leader. We need women and men to stand in front to oversee the work, but we must see first the great importance of every member. We must also see the great evil that happens when one dictator is in control of all.
