The difficulties to understand the great need to return to declared and restricted government in the current environment is almost overwhelming. The volume of teaching that is contrary to what those who ratified the constitution intended has been and is immense. We can thought continue to read what is written and think. The phrase “all legislative power” used in Article 1 Section 1 emphasizes that constitutionally only the elected representatives of we the people are to say what is or is not a law.
