God is all about reality. Gods has set principles and laws both in the physical and the spiritual realm. All chemical reactions, growth of plants and animals, every gear and wheel, all math, laws of physics and of all science come from and are based in godly principles. As we know these and live according to them we will have success. As we do this and give God the Glory we will have long term success and be blessed.
Because some do not accurately know these and live either in ignorance of them or wrong teaching of them they hurt themselves. And they never really know why. There are man and women who operate godly principles and have seemingly good success yet no mater their worldly success there lives remain empty and incomplete. Some give God the glory yet do not operate the principles and are blessed but lack physical abundance.
God’s laws and principles work in all reality and with complete accuracy. God has set the laws of the universe in both the physical and the spiritual realms. Believing, giving and receiving and gravity are three such laws. As we know them and function according to them we have success. As we do not we have failure. As we operate these principle and give God by Christ the glory we will be blessed.
The airplane is a good example of some of Gods principles in action. The basic functions of flight are thrust, drag, lift and gravity. An airplane pilot who operates within the limits of these four will do well. One who does not will crash and hurt themselves and perhaps others.
The pilot could blame God for making gravity but gravity is good. It keep your cheerios and milk in your bowl, and your feet on the ground. It is not the physical law or the principles that are ever bad. It is ignorance of them or wrong application of them that hurts us. As with physical laws so in the same way as we know and operate the spiritual laws we either do well or we crash.
True believing deals with what people think is reality and then act upon with commitment. If they believe a certain chair will hold them then they will set down with commitment. Depending on the chair, they will have a comfortable seat or fall on the floor. If we have believing in thing that are true then we will do well. If we have believing in things that are false then we will be hurt. What a person truly believes is just what they will receive in life.
Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
We build our believing of reality by going to God’s Word and learning and living it. God asks us to take nothing on faith alone but to believe His word and we will see His benefits and blessings. He has given us manifestations of holy spirit, and His written word to be followed. As we understand and function within its limits of the law of believing and the other spiritual laws of God we will have success.
2nd Peter 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
Giving & Receiving is a second spiritual law we may operate to our benefit or break to our hurt.
Luke 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
What we give out in life we will receive back. When we steal from others we operate the law of giving & receiving in reverse. In life what we give out we will receive back and what we steal will be stolen from us .
Galatians 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
But not as with believing where what you believe for is just what you get. With giving you receive back good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over. You will receive more than you give. Give love and help you will receive love and help back. Give people hell all day you will get hell back. Which ever we will receive them good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over.
